By accessing, registering, or using the Servingoo POS platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a restaurant, company, or legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind such entity to this agreement.
Servingoo POS operates on a subscription-based pricing model. All fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Failure to complete payment within the applicable grace period may result in temporary suspension or restricted access. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that only authorized personnel access your POS account. Any activity performed under your account will be deemed your responsibility. Servingoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
Servingoo POS is designed to work with a wide range of hardware devices. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party or legacy printers, scanners, or peripherals. It is the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure that connected hardware meets minimum technical requirements and is properly maintained.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servingoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree not to misuse the platform by attempting to reverse-engineer the software, bypass security mechanisms, upload unlawful content, or engage in activities that violate applicable laws. Any such violation may result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
